South Carolina-based Himalaya specializes in creating one-off Land Rover Defender vehicles, and their latest project is a limited-edition Spectre Defender based on the one used by James Bond in the film. At $250,000, this vehicle sports the crew cab pickup configuration, a reinforced galvanized frame, and most importantly, a GM-sourced LS3 engine generating 525 horsepower, mated a six-speed automatic transmission. Suspension wise, it boasts a four-inch lift, custom coil springs, Fox Racing remote-reservoir shocks, 37-inch Toyo mud-terrain tires, Wilwood discs, Brembo brakes, and upgraded steering components from a Jeep Wrangler. Inside, Himalaya used plenty of leather and alcantara, while adding a Momo steering wheel, Exmoor interior LED lighting, an upgraded sound system (Kenwood head unit / JL Audio speakers) as well as a Safety Devices rollcage.

Other features include: flared wheel arches, roof-mounted lights, custom door handles, retracting power steps, heavy-duty Warn Zeon 10s winch, skidplates, a custom rear spare wheel carrier, and large bull bar.
