IATFB 06/21/2019
As you may have noticed, the situation with YG, YG Entertainment, B.I, T.O.P, Han Seo Hee, drugs, and others is quite the mess. As such, it’s understandable that details might get lost in the shuffle or mixed up. Given the track records of … uh, just about everybody involved, there’s reason to question all of them and I noticed some of that confusion going on in the comments on these stories recently.
So I decided to try and piece what I could of this together into some kind of relatively cohesive timeline just for reference sake going forward. Not saying this is complete by any means, so if you have other dates or whatever, feel free to let me know.

March 2016 – Stylist XIN arrested for drug use, police investigations into him lead them to suspect T.O.P, but no cause to test him.
April 2016 – B.I talks to Han Seo Hee about buying drugs.
May 2016 – Han Seo Hee delivers drugs to B.I at this time, at least according to what she later tells police in her first two investigations.
June 2016 – Seunghoon contacts Han Seo Hee, saying that B.I failed the company drug test and asks to meet. YGE rep meets her instead and tells her to not say anything about B.I.
August 22, 2016 – Han Seo Hee testifies to police that she delivered drugs to B.I. in May of 2016, as mentioned above.
August 28, 2016 – YG reportedly meets with Han Seo Hee and tells her to change testimony.
August 30, 2016 – Han Seo Hee testifies to police that she did not obtain any drugs for B.I.
October 8, 2016 – T.O.P contacts Han Seo Hee for the first time.
October 9-12, 2016 – T.O.P uses drugs with Han Seo Hee three times during this period.
November 2016 – YG reportedly tells Han Seo Hee to head to America.
December 7, 2016 – Police arrest drug dealer, who connects Han Seo Hee.
December 9, 2016 – Han Seo Hee leaves for America after a delay for personal reasons and following YG pressing her company on why she didn’t already leave.
December 13, 2016 – Big Bang’s ‘MADE’ released.
January 2017 – Company CEO tells Han Seo Hee that instead of returning to Korea around January as planned, she should stay for another month or two until after T.O.P enlists in military.
February 9, 2017 – T.O.P enlists in military.
March 2017 – Han Seo Hee arrested for drugs.
March 2017 – T.O.P connected to Han Seo Hee’s case by police, who test his hair for drugs and the results are positive.
June 2017 – T.O.P’s positive drug test revealed.

Han Seo Hee has also said that her August 2016 and October 2016 cases were combined as one case and she was already sentenced for in August of 2017.
For all the questions about the timeline, it generally seems to check out. It even makes sense why YG would be freaking out about TOP seeing/dating HSH when he knew that HSH was trouble from the BI investigation. And as it turns out, her being overseas worked as intended.
That said, this timeline does seem to call into question what exactly the police and prosecutors were doing and why, which they are continuing to blame each other for currently.
Of course, whether all this turns out to be accurate is still up in the air, as while there are many confirmed events through admission, texts, and records, there are also those (most stemming from the B.I case) that are just reported and alleged as of now. Still, as it stands, it appears that the timeline itself holds up, it’s just a matter of whether the reports and allegations that contribute to it do.
