The Vivo’s new premium OEM, iQoo is no exception when compared to other premiums in the market. The new iQoo’s Pro variant is going head to head against OnePlus 7 series. The new model launched today is of two variants differing only by 4GB and 5G connectivity. Else, both share the same specifications in all.

These iQoo Pro handsets are of 6.41″ (1080×2340) FHD+ Super AMOLED displays with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and with a dew-drop notch.
Processed by Snapdragon’s new 855+ SoC and Adreno’s 640 GPU, these are tweaked according to 4G or 5G supporting connectivity. The SIM connectivity is differed by 4G and 5G by slots. As the 4G variant has both slots supporting 4G only, the tye 5G variant has one 4G supported and one 5G supporting slot.
Imaging includes a triple rear setup of 48MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, a 13MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor, all having AI support. Upfront, there’s a 12MP (f/2.0) lens in the notch.
The handset is powered by a 4500mAh battery with 44W support. That can juice up the entire devices in minutes!
With the under-display fingerprint sensor, it has WiFi, Bluetooth 5, GPS, NFC, USB 2.0 Type-C and an audio jack.
Price and Availability:
With the available colors of LeMans Blue, Phantom Blue, and Racing Black, here’s how they’re priced as:
- The 4G variants: 8GB/128GB is priced as ¥3,198 and the 12GB/128GB is for 3,598.
- The 5G variants: 8GB/128GB is priced as ¥3,798 and the 12GB/128GB is for ¥4,098.
With pre-orders starting from today, the 4G variant is sold from August 29, the 5G variant goes live from September 2nd onwards in China. There is no word about other markets yet.
