This problem is not only experienced with iPhones but with other mobile phones their batteries deteriorate in capacity as it ages with time. It is what users cant change about mobile phone batteries, it is bound to happen and the only solution to this problem is to replace the dying iPhone battery with a new one, this is how to do it.
1. Take it to a third Party shop
A third Party shop in this sense means a shop (not one of the official Apple partners), where iPhones are being repaired. There, they will get your iPhone battery replaced for a fee that will take care of the cost of both the battery and the labor.
Comparably, this option may be costlier than what Apple charges to replace iPhone batteries, but its advantage is that you will get your iPhone battery replaced at a shorter time.

2. Use the AppleCare+ warranty
If your iPhone battery is defective and it is not up to a year or two you acquired the mobile device from Apple, it means that the iPhone is still under the AppleCare+ warranty.
Take it to Apple, they will confirm whether it is actually defective and they will replace the battery. Apple says that the whole process of replacing the battery will take about 7-9 days, and if you make an appointment and take it to either an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, this process will take up to 7 days.
Despite saying that, Apple also state that “If you bring your iPhone to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we’ll try to fix it during your appointment.”
3. Use Paid Apple replacement service
If your iPhone is more than two years old since you bought it from Apple, it is not covered by the AppleCare+ warranty.
In this case, Apple can replace your dying iPhone battery at the cost of $79 (including shipping and tax) and this process will take the same amount of time before your iPhone gets to you.
