Yesterday I read a blog post from a travel blogger. Fab post. The blog layout? Solid. I did feel some fine tuning was in order. But before I intended to email said blogger I found a critical error; the blog commenting system broke. I could not comment because each time I tried the CAPTCHA form didn’t work. I would type in the exact letter and number combination. No dice. I would email the blogger to: alert them about the blog commenting system being broken suggest a few design changes for better user experience I scanned the top of the blog.
