It’s a hot job market in Morgan and at least three local businesses are currently hiring and/or are hosting job fairs. Gensteel Doors USA in Madison and Ingles Supermarket are both hosting job fairs this month and the soon-to-open Dunkin Donuts is currently hiring.
Gensteel Doors USA in Madison is hosting a job Fair at the Georgia Department of Labor located at 1551 Fairground Road in Madison on Tuesday, Oct. 9 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and on Wednesday, Oct. 10 from noon until 4 p.m.
Gensteel Doors representatives will be on site to interview. In an email received by the Citizen, Todd Bowen, who oversees Gensteel Doors USA Georgia operation advised interested individuals to visit the Georgia Department of Labor’s website.
Specifically, individuals should go to http://www.employgeorgia.com, create an Employ Georgia account and resume, or log into an existing Employ Georgia account, go to the job search and select search jobs at the top of the page. Enter the Job ID# 2687847812 for the Machine Operators Job. Review the job details and apply. Bowen said this is a full-time job.
This week Gensteel Doors is officially moving its Clarkson, Ga. warehouse operation to Madison.
Ingles Supermarket is hosting a job fair Thursday, Oct. 4 from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. at its Madison store located at 1441 Eatonton Road. Specifically, Ingles is hiring positions for the soon-to-open Asian Bar, Sushi Bar and Pizza Bar.
