1. What is the Name of Your Venture? Any specific reason for this name?
Thanks Creation9 – A Digital Marketing Agency. There isn’t a significant meaning behind this name. It just came up to say “THANK YOU” to all the client. Like to Spread THANKS, HAPPINESS & VALUE.

2. Who is your target Audience/clients?
As you can see Digitization is Global now and businesses are crossing borders so Basically, all the companies who are online and wants to reach their Audience through Website or Social Media, we target them. We serve Local Clients as well as international.

3. Where is your venture based (city, state, country) & What are your geographical target areas?
We are based out in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We target Global Audience.

4. What problems does your venture resolve? What are your products or services?
We provide SEO (Search Engine Optimization). With the help of SEO, Business owners can display their Business Website on the First page of Google for Specific Keywords/Keyphrases. When someone searches for that keyword than they have a chance to get a Visit on their website and maybe potential Lead.

5. Share the idea or story behind the venture. How did it come to existence? What motivated you to start your own venture?
Being a younger son of the family, I had all the freedom to choose my career but having said that it was not that easy. When I came into this industry, I was not sure what to do and how am I going to survive as I was not familiar with any terms. I learned everything own my own and started it freelancing initially. When I saw my clients are getting results and they are happy with my services and work than I decided to make this as my lifelong profession.
Digital marketing is like a never-ending ocean, and it has so many things to do. SEO is one of the parts of that sea. I have complete support from my family, and that helps me to keep on going. Being an Entrepreneur, I always wanted to do something different, and with more than 7+ years of learning and dedication, I am running this Digital Marketing Agency in India.

6. Who are your biggest competitors and how do you differentiate yourself from them?
In Digital Marketing Industry, everyone is your competitor, but I think rather than competing with each other we need to complete with our own self to do better than your past Work. This way you can drive more force to your Agency, Staff and Yourself too. If you compete with other than it will give you little Disappointment, Stress, Jealousy & sometime Lack of Confidence which directly affect your Agency & Staff. But If you drive the same competition to yourself, then it will give you more Power, Positivity, Focus & Vision to get the best out of you.

7. How did you identify your co-founder? Tell us something about your co-founder/s
I do not have any co-founder and I manage my company all by myself.

8. How did you hire your first team members? What skills do you want in your employees/team?
Being an Individual, I always understood that one man could not do everything and you need more hands to support you. So, I wanted a person who can appreciate the value of Work, Time and Client. Most importantly who is Positive, Dedicated and Focus towards the Future.
So, I was searching for this quality and ability in my first team member, and luckily, I found my first man who is not only like me but also more dedicated than me. He is more into SEO than me. Now I am more into Business Development.

9. What expansion plans are you looking for the next 2 years, next 5 years?
Honestly, Time is not in our hand, so we do not plan like 2 years or 5 years. We plan like 6 months down the line. Based on the current situation of our Agency, we want to increase a more significant number of clients for our Core Expertise which is SEO. Being one of the Professional SEO Company in India, we want to serve more Indian Clients as well. We believe Trust and Faith are essential for us and our clients are our priorities.

10. Where do you want to see yourself in the next 10 years?
Honestly, did not plan for the next 10 years. We are happy and progressing. Our work will drive us, I believe.

11. What are your immediate goals over the next 1, 3, 6 and 12 months?
Keep on Working and Serve more and more client and give them the results they deserve. Want to make them happy. They Pay us to serve them best, so we want to deliver quality results and satisfy them. We believe when we start getting clients from References than it will make us proud.

12. Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?
No, we did not and have no Plans for rising any funds now.

13. What were the problems you faced during the starting days and how did you resolve them?
It was similar to any other start-ups. No Clients to serve. Getting the first client was hard!
So initially what we thought that let’s start with Family & Friends. We serve their business for the Low price and maybe for free as well just to prove that we can do that. Same time we started doing Pitching to local website owners and some email proposals, Cold Callings, etc. Our Initial Clients were Friends and Family. Their results lead us to get new clients.

14. What was the most challenging part of your journey till now? How did you overcome those challenges?
Hmm. I think to convince any client that we can give them the results was and are the biggest challenge. But over the period, we learned that we could not convince every client. We can try to show them the work we have done and the results we have achieved for other clients. We can give them a TRIAL. We can explain to them what we are capable of. That is what we have in our Hand. Beyond that, it is better to save your time and energy. Client Who knows and understand the service and the value will surely try once. That do not mean we do not serve another client. We have many clients who are not even familiar with SEO services, but they trust us and believe in us.

15. What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?
I love my Work. Apart from my Work, I like to do Gyming. I spend at least an hour or two every day in Gym. I also like to watch Sports and Travel channels. Last but not the least Reading blogs.

16. Whom do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?
My Brother. He has a Go-Getter type of Attitude. He is Hard Working and Strong-Minded person and gives his more than 100% to achieve what he wants. So, I consult him some time to get some tips on business and motivation.

17. What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
I guess the person who works for others get paid for 8-10 hours he/she spend every day but the entrepreneurs only get paid when they deliver the results.
If the client goes away than the person who works for others do not lose anything care, but it undoubtedly affects the entrepreneur.
A person who works for other words 8-10 hours a day while entrepreneur works around the clock.
There are many more differences between them but to be honest, if they work together than only, they can make a Company or Agency. So, I guess everyone should give justice to his/her role. Simple.

18. If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
I loved my struggle, and I think I do not get better than this. I am happy, and I am learning every single day of my life. I do not want to rewind anything.

19. How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life?
It affected initially When I started, but slowly slowly it got the grip. Initially, I was not able to give enough time to family and friends cause had a lot of pressure to settle down. Cause I did not have any second option if this fails. So, I was thinking not to waste any single second of this time. But, throughout 7 years, it settled now with the help of the best team.

I do not know what to say, just like to “FOLD MY HANDS & SAY NAMASTE” to all the readers and like to mention that Please support people around you who wish to do something different in their life. I am not saying Blind Trust them but help.

21. Tell us something about your education & family background.
I belong to a family of a middle-class businessman so you might say that Business is in my Blood, Ha Ha Ha… I live in a HAPPY joint family. We are around 9 members. I have done Masters in Business. Being a younger brother, I had a lot of support from my Father and Brother. They are my inspiration.

22. What is your USP which makes it unique & different from other start-ups in similar domains?

Proper Planning, Right Attitude, and Dedication with patience.

24. Do you consider yourself successful and by what means do you measure success?
Success means Peace for me. If I say, I am peaceful than Yes, I can say I am successful today, but honestly, I am not 100% peaceful as of now so still driving towards Success. I like to remind you of the dialogue of “3 Idiots” movie where Mr. Amir Khan says “Go after Excellence. It is the Key of Success” I guess everyone goes behind excellence.
