Describe the company – the elevator pitch …

We are a new international digital service that connects contractors with companies globally in one platform. Our vision is all about connecting, Connecting the contractor with the right opportunity and the client discovering a global audience of talented technology contractors aligned to their needs. Our technology allows you to create your own profile and select the right opportunity via location, skill, rate and experience.

How are you different?

We are the first digital solution to let businesses connect directly with contractors but the difference is that everything is contained on one platform. Businesses and communities can now feel they have an alternative when looking to hire IT contractors globally who meet their requirements and budget.

Why will you do well?

Knowledge of the marketplace and first hand experience. Our CEO and founder Praveen Madire and colleagues are from a Technology background, so understand the frustration for IT professional’s as well as the challenges involved in the recruitment industry when trying accommodate clients with great companies.

Where are you based?

We are based in Dublin and India and are expanding to London, Germany and USA in 2020.

When was the company launched?

Praveen began developing the company in November 2018

What have been your biggest wins to date?

Launching our brand officially with Enterprise Ireland and the Minister of Business, Enterprise and Innovation, Heather Humphreys. Attracting thousands of IT professionals onto our platform after only a few weeks. Lastly, after a month of dedicated market research and market SWOT analysis -our brand. A genuine surge of support and engagement on all of our social media channels in just two weeks.

Who are you trying to attract to your product?

Two audiences: the contractors and the companies.

What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?

First of all is research, find out what your value proposition is and conduct a SWOT analysis of the competitor industry. Second is to build a brand and also protect it with trademark. Once you have a validated brand and significant reputation, the brand perception becomes a valued equity using the correct social aligned channels. Always make sure there is a demand for what you are aiming to supply.

A multicultural team with a passion for technology, people and ambition.

What are your plans for the future?

To grow globally and expand our offices from Ireland and India to London, Germany and USA

What are your favorite tech gadgets?

Phone’s (although we have a divided team between iPhone and Android users in our office) Cameras and fit-bits

What tech gadgets do you wish you could use to help you?

Alexa, Siri and waiting for something very special from Dyson.

Anything else you’d like to add/we should have asked?

Ambitions should be matched with rewarding the work completed.
