AS IF Magazine and Media Group is growing and we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record to lead the expansion of our online presence by providing a wide-range of digital marketing needs in order to manage our digital platform, ensuring the success of our business objectives and that of our clients.
Responsibilities and Key Tasks include:
• Manage website content, images and cms tools including updates and user experience.
• Work with the senior management to develop and implement digital advertising offerings and new digital display ad units, expanding on our sales tools and digital media kit.
• Provide SEO activities related to content, link building, tags and keyword strategy to increase rankings and traffic flow.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Grow the print and online subscriber base through SEO, SEM and email marketing.
• Manage a digital content strategy and posting schedule that increases website traffic, subscriptions, e-commerce sales, email acquisition and brand awareness.
• Manage and oversee daily social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Update and manage newsletter and email blasts.
• Support and manage e-commerce initiatives, product launches and online marketing strategies for digital sales.
Increase web traffic, brand and content awareness:
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the web conversion funnel and optimize user experience.
• Develop and support campaign editorial calendars, analytics reports, contests/sweepstakes, and social-media related proposals.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• SEO activities related to content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings.
• Track editorial traffic by story, to determine audience spikes and partner impacts.
• Work with design team to manage social media presence of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
• Minimum three year’s work-related experience managing digital marketing activities including advertising and SEO.
• Experience working with CMS website and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp.
• Familar with all types of digital display units and digital media offerings.
• Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive social media campaigns that create meaningful engagement.
• Analytical and creative mind required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage the timely delivery of work against short deadlines.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with business, artistic and technical people.
• Knowledge of Adobe CS, and media editing software.
• Working knowledge of social media measurement tools and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.;
