Job description
I’m working with well-known SA brand who have offices all over South African and they are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Cape Town office. This is a senior hire for the business and a newly created position. The role is going to focused around performance marketing so this person will need a strong background in Paid Media, Ad Operations, Programmatic, Social Media, Content, Data & Analytics and also have a strong grasp of technology integration and websites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Restructuring the current team + hiring new staff
- Digital strategy for clients
- Managing of budgets, commercial accountability + reporting
- Managing of staff + nurturing talent
- Managing teams such as content, ad ops, tech, SEO, design + data
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 8 years within performance marketing
- Agency, publisher or brand experience
- Highly technical, digital thought leader + ambitious
