The job:
The Digital Marketing Strategist manages Paid Media campaigns (SEM), SEO and social media ads. This person also develops training material for Sales partners and provides one on one consultations.
What you will do:
• Reporting and analyzing paid campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, PPC and SEO.
• Weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance.
• Internal communication on analysis of campaigns.
• Day-to-day account management including campaign optimization, audience creation, budget management and testing ideation and execution.
• Strategizing and coordinating with design and content teams to develop creative for paid execution.
• Research on platform improvements and new offerings in the social media space.
• Creating educational material and training for Sales team.
• Developing paid strategies that can be scaled for loan officers.
• Consulting Sales team on best practices and customized strategies.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
• Develop and implement link building strategy.
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
What we are looking for:
• Proven SEO, SEM and Social Media campaign management experience.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Experience with bid management tools.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM and Social Media.
• Presentation skills – delivery and development.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
