Amazon launches Prime Wardrobe, a try-before-you-buy service. Amazon has launched a test program called Prime Wardrobe, allowing members to order three or more items without paying for them up front. After receiving the items, shoppers have a week to decide which items they want to buy and which they want to return.

Digital River integrates with Adobe Experience Manager to power new cloud commerce solution. Digital River, a provider of commerce-as-a-service solutions, has announced it is expanding its relationship with Adobe to offer a new cloud commerce solution. Adobe gives marketers advanced controls over creating brand-rich digital user experiences. Digital River powers ecommerce and subscriptions operations across 240 countries and territories. The new cloud commerce solution offers brands a new approach for bolstering their direct channel strategy and operating more competitively online.

Markerly launches influencer network as a service for in-house marketing. Markerly, an influencer marketing platform, has launched its new “influencer network as a service” to provide brands and agencies complete ownership of their data and influencer relationships by building and managing branded influencer communities. Linc joins Shopify Plus technology partner program for chatbot, voice, and digital customer service. Linc, which delivers post-purchase experiences and customer service, has announced that it has joined the Shopify Plus Technology Program, bringing its chatbot, voice, and digital customer service and engagement platform to Shopify Plus merchants. This partnership will enable Shopify Plus merchants to offer branded customer service chatbots on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, plus voice assistance through Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

BlueSnap launches mobile app to track and manage payments on the go. BlueSnap, an online payments technology company, has announced a new mobile app to give merchants access to payment data on any mobile device, to keep up to date with account activity while on the go. The app provides merchants with complete data history to track sales, refunds, chargebacks, and conversions. Merchants can also easily issue refunds and cancel subscriptions. Transactions are pushed to the app in real-time so merchants can see orders as they happen.

Lexalytics releases new text analytics software for retailers to improve online shopping experience. Lexalytics, a developer of in-cloud and on-premise text analytics solutions, has announced eCommerce Industry Pack, a specialized version of the company’s text analytics software. eCommerce Industry Pack is engineered to help online retailers enhance the customer experience, including checkout and payments, shipping and delivery, and the site’s overall shopping performance. Retailers and social media marketers can quickly analyze feedback from sources such as online comment sessions, customer surveys, product reviews, social media, and call logs to uncover correlations that aren’t obvious to humans. Toluna launches real-time, hyper-targeted, do-it-yourself research. Toluna, a provider of on-demand, real-time digital consumer insights, has announced a new suite of tools for the company’s QuickSurveys digital insight platform. Toluna QuickSurveys clients have the option to select from more than 200 hyper-targeted demographic and profile audiences. Marketers can now survey respondents that match their desired target audience, all in real-time. Toluna QuickSurveys clients can now gather deeper insights from their data by creating custom bands and complex and nested quotas, and manage respondent sources. Price: Basic is free. dLocal adds WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay to portfolio of emerging market payments. dLocal, a payments technology platform specializing in cross-border payments for emerging markets, has announced that it has integrated WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay — China’s three major digital payments payment providers — into its platform. These three providers collectively capture over 70 percent of the Chinese market, which translated into $2.9 trillion in online payments in 2016. With this addition, dLocal will enable global merchants to reach 300 million Chinese consumers.

Formstack releases new collaborative form product. Formstack, a software-as-a-service company that removes complexity from everyday business processes, has announced Workflows, a new add-on. Workflows combines Formstack’s online form builder with enhanced automation tools, giving users an easy way to manage company processes. With the Workflows add-on, multiple people in an organization can review, edit, and complete a single form while allowing the organization to track the progress. Price: Plans start at $39 per month.

Wham-O launches an online store with its classic toys. Iconic American toy brand Wham-O just launched its first official online store. Now, consumers will have access to many of the brands’ classic toys, including the original Frisbee, Boogie Board, Hula Hoop, Slip ‘N Slide, and more. The website launch is significant, as Wham-O has remained remained screen, plug, and Wi-Fi free.
