With all of the hype surrounding Google’s upcoming Pixel 4, we have all been waiting to hear official news of a Google announcement event. Though it’s not official yet, Evan Blass (@evleaks) recently alluded to a possible October 15 Pixel 4 release date.
Blass tweeted “Google Fall Event: 10/15?” with what appears to be a photo of the Pixel 4. Though there is no reference as to where this information came from, Blass has been a reliable source for leaked information for years.
Even before this leak, we expected an October Pixel announcement event. Google has hosted its hardware events in October in the past with last year’s Pixel devices announced on Oct. 9 and made available for purchase on Oct. 18. If this year’s announcement follows that trend, we could have the Pixel 4 in hand well before Halloween.
Earlier this year, after several leaked photos made their way across the internet, Google publicly shared an official render of the Pixel 4. Hopefully, as more rumors come out, Google will release official Pixel 4 release date information.
