The Self-Recharging Battery Supply of Carlos F. Benitez by Peter Lindemann, D.Sc. NOTE: This machine was demonstrated at the 2018 Energy Science & Technology Conference (ESTC) but there was no formal presentation. It was only explained to attendees who were interested enough to ask Peter Lindemann questions about it back in the vendor/demo room. This machine is a very small powered demonstration, but proves the point and kept itself charged up all weekend while running a motor/generator. This EXACT circuit from 100 years ago is the foundation for several well-known circuits that have been taught by John Bedini and others over the years – you are being handed the origin of where much of it came from.

Between 1915 and 1918, Carlos F. Benitez was issued 4 British Patents on a “System for the Generation of Electric Currents.” It was the early days of the “electrical era” and many experimenters were claiming new ways to produce useful electrical effects. But this was different. Benitez was claiming to be able to run light bulbs and motors from batteries that never needed to be re-charged from a conventional, external source.

By this time, the Laws of Thermodynamics had become widely taught, and so most electrical engineers did not take these claims seriously. Even today, 99% of scientists and engineers believe this is impossible, under any circumstances.

Here’s why: Classic electrical theory assumes that when a load is operated in the manner shown here, the load RL receives ½ of the power provided by the 12 volt supply, and the 6 volt battery wired in reverse receives the other half as a charging effect. Since the battery being charged only receives ½ of the energy supplied by the source, rotating the batteries back and forth runs them all down in a conventional manner.

So, it is curious to find this quote in one of Benitez’s Patents:

“Obviously the current furnished by the discharge of battery 1-2 alone, would produce a smaller charge in batteries 3-4, if some extra energy were not added to the normal output of said battery 1-2. With this object in view any of the known methods for the generation of high frequency currents, as well as those described in the aforementioned English Patents, can be employed in conjunction with said batteries, in order to provide that complementary energy, and in this manner it is always possible to charge and discharge alternately each battery from one to the other, maintaining constant a storage of electricity and producing furthermore an excess of electrical energy.”

On the Patents, Benitez is referred to as a civil engineer, living in Guadalajara, Mexico. So, while he may not have been earning his living in the electrical sciences, he certainly was familiar with both classic electrical theory and the benefits of his discoveries!

For any honest student, the questions become: Was Benitez mistaken, or did he discover something important? And if so, HOW is this possible??

Benitez was issued 4 Patents, and each one describes a different circuitry and method to accomplish the objects of the invention, which included running external loads AND returning the electrical source to its initial state of charge simultaneously. Since there was no dispute about how much energy was being dissipated by running the loads, the following conclusion may be drawn:

Benitez discovered that it was possible to return a battery to a higher energy state with fewer watt-hours delivered to it than classic electrical theory would predict, as long as that energy was applied to the battery under the correct conditions and in the proper manner.

Today, we would describe this as the ability to charge a battery at a COP > 1.

As John Bedini always said, the “gain” showed up in the battery. The circuits themselves always operated at an efficiency below 100%.

If we assume that in the circuits that had two banks of batteries in them, the charging batteries were receiving about ½ of the energy provided by the run batteries, then the circuitry had to overcome the loss of running the loads and the loss of running the circuitry itself. In this instance, the system would have to be able to produce a charging effect in the receiving batteries equal to 2.2 times the watt-hours provided, or a charging COP > 2.2 for the system to self-sustain indefinitely.

So, the GOAL for an operating system is to attain a battery charging efficiency with a COP > 2.2!

That said, there are other ways to accomplish the goals of the invention, but “super-efficient” battery charging is definitely one of the ways. For students familiar with the work of John Bedini, this method is the best documented and published on, as well.

Tewari Reactionless Generator – Defeating Lenz’s Law by Anupam Tewari. The Homopolar Generator has always been known to be able to deliver electricity without bogging down the prime mover and Faraday knew this 150 years ago!

Normal generators create a back-torque against the prime mover because of Lenz’s Law, which can be explained as an electromagnetic equal and opposite reaction, but this is completely circumvented in the Homopolar Generators.

Bruce DePalma simplified and advanced this concept with his invention known as the N-Machine, which is a simple spinning permanent magnet or electromagnetic by tapping the shaft and the outer perimeter of the rotating magnet. Keep in mind this all works without any coils whatsoever! This is completely different from normal electromagnetic generators.

Later on Adam Trombly made improvements to Bruce DePalma’s methods and when he filed for a patent, the Pentagon served him with a gag order because they themselves apparently had been working on similar technology and many of you know the rest of the story. What they didn’t know was that the patent was also filed in Europe and somehow Paramahamsa Tewari who headed up India’s Nuclear Power Corporation (a really big deal in India) got his hands on the info.

Mr. Tewari worked on replicating Mr. Trombly’s work. So the story goes – Mr. Tewari measured how much water could be electrolyzed with a certain amount of electricity. However, when that same electricity powered the Tewari Reactionless Generator (RLG), the output electrolyzed water and he wound up with several times more freed up hydrogen. This defeated Faraday’s Law of Electrolysis by a few hundred percent and this led to more advancements and innovations on the RLG technology.

Over the years, Mr. Paramahamsa Tewari had continued working on his RLG machine and it has become one of the most tested free energy devices in the world showing at least 238% more electricity coming out of it than going in. This has been tested by very qualified individuals and organizations connected to various companies and universities and the goal is to get this out to the world to help solve the energy problem.

Unfortunately, Mr. Tewari passed away toward the end of 2017 but thankfully, his son Anupam Tewari is committed to keeping his father’s legacy alive and he was gracious enough to come to the 2018 Energy Science & Technology Conference to present on his father’s work.

This presentation serves as a perfect starting point for anyone who is not familiar with the Tewari RLG, where it comes from and the how Mr. Tewari’s Space Vortex Theory led him to the RLG. Conscious Intention, Water & Subtle Energy by Professor Robert Haralick. At the 2018 ESTC (Energy Science & Technology Conference), Professor Robert Haralick takes us deeper in the realm of subtle energies by showing exactly how he measured quantifiable changes in water that result from conscious intention alone. This is the companion presentation to the presentation from last year.

He also covers many important points about how the experimenter can influence the experiment on a level that goes above the common superficial understanding of this concept. This is taken to a higher level and suggestions are offered on how to clear the influence of intentions on the experiment in order to have cleaner or purer results.

Prof. Haralick gives the exact components that he uses to measure changes in the impedance of water for the control or unaltered water in comparison to water that is subject to the influence of intention. The results are strikingly obvious – conscious intention alters how well water accepts or rejects the signal from an analyzer.

What this shows is how the intention possibly changed the bonding angles or other characteristics. Whatever the change may be, it is unmistakable that the water was indeed changed by consciousness alone.

Quite a few experiments are revealed by both graphs, Smith Charts, etc. and Prof. Haralick also reviews various “structured” water and how their boiling point is changed. The most altered appears to have lower boiling points indicating the possibility that the strength that the water molecules are holding hands has been reduced and this is a possible further indication that the surface tension has been reduced.

Electro-Biohacking, Influencing Gene Expression with Dielectric Fields by Aaron Murakami. Electrocuture if over 270 years old and is the science of using high voltage to influence the growth of plants. Plants grow faster, stronger, need less nutrients, pesticides and other additives. Many of these methods are to simulate the Earth’s natural dielectric field that exists between the ground and the ionosphere.

Throughout almost three-hundred years of experiments, field trials, stringent academic research, etc. it has become indisputable that simply using electrostatic potential can drastically alter how plants grow.

Another benefit is that if only high voltage potential is used, current is not flowing so it does energy is not expended on the plant. The only energy loss is in the transformer’s magnetizing losses in order to create the high voltage field. It is a true free-energy technology because the increase in growth in the plants is way more than the energy expended to treat them.

In the last 1980’s and early 1990’s, a large pharmaceutical giant had some scientists on their team that were experimenting with high voltage fields on cells and no matter how the cells were deprived of light, oxygen, nutrients, etc. they continued to thrive as long as they were exposed to high voltage fields.

That was the inspiration to move into other experiments where germinating seeds and fertilized fish eggs were treated and something very unexpected happened. Growth not only increased, but the gene expression changed!

When corn seeds were treated, they went on to grow corn that had 5-12 ears of corn per plant!

When fern spores were treated, they grew into a fern that had been extinct for over 1 MILLION YEARS! Top image is the normal fern you seen today. The one below that is what grew after the treatment and fossil evidence shows that the non-micro serrated fern leaves have not been in existence for over 1 Million years!

When wheat was treated, it grew “SUPERWHEAT” that was ready to harvests in 4 weeks rather than 6-7 months!!! The ears were smaller, but there were more per plant. That is about 650% FASTER than normal wheat and it is stronger, more nutrient rich, more disease and pest resistant, etc.

When trout eggs were treated, trout hatched that had “Salmon Hooks”, which had not been seen on this trout for over 150 years since they had been extinct! The one on the left is the normal trout of today. The one on the right is what hatched after eggs from the type on the left were treated. They grew “Salmon Hooks”, grew about 30% bigger, 30% faster, were more disease resistant, were stronger and more aggressive swimmers, etc.

The video excerpt below does not go into this amazing and unusual but highly beneficial effect, but is but a small sample of what is discussed in this presentation.

Hidden Dance, Zero Force Motor Part 2 by Yaro Stanchak. At the 2018 Energy Science & Technology Conference, more revelations are disclosed about the last one year of experiments with the Zero Force Motor.

Within this follow up presentation, you will find all the specs, which should be considered a standard built for more experiments to get start with. It works and has already been proven out by Yaro Stanchak and James McDonald.

Yaro also shares the differences in more detail on attractive vs repulsive mode and how this looks diagrammatically so the viewer can benefit from these findings. A thorough walk-through on the Zero Force Motor’s timing characteristics of the magnet’s geometry in relation to the coil geometry is covered. This is very important and cannot be stated enough – timing is crucial and can make or break your results.

Keep in mind this is a developmental process and there are no free energy claims. It is a novel motor with unique aspects that have not been used or exploited in conventional motors and bit by bit, the potential of what this machine is capable of is slowly revealing itself.

Pay close attention to the date in the table presented by Yaro. You may find there is more than meets the eye. And you will definitely see that at certain RPMs, which may indicate some resonant points that you will see the Hidden Dance happening within the machine as Yaro shows on the scope.

There is also a difference in the characteristics of how the motor operates in relation to its waveforms that are measurable if the ZFM is running on a battery compared to a linear current power supply. In other words, there appears to be advantages to running it on a battery compared to a power supply. Professor Robert Haralick during questions points out a very plausible reason for this and that is that when running, the ZFM is producing longitudinal waves that are accepted by the battery(s) but the linear amp power supply cannot.

This would be completely consistent with John Bedini’s experience over the years with experiments on the Bedini SG when running on and charging batteries, which have shown unusual input vs output ratios and most of this disappears when running these machines on conventional power supplies. It has been stated over the years that the battery is very important as part of the open system and once again, these ZFM experiments shown by Yaro seem to indicate the same results.

The Meaning of Unity in Energy Conversion Systems by Jim Murray. Initially, it had been assumed that a simple ratio computed by dividing the output power by the input power would provide a reliable yardstick for motor power efficiency. The basic idea, was sound, for the closer the quotient came to unity, the nearer the motor efficiency would be to 100%. Hence began the so-called “Quest for Unity.”

However, early “electric engines” were very inefficient, probably delivering no more than 30% of the electrical input power to the output shaft. Therefore, it quickly became evident that not all of the applied power was being converted to a mechanical output. Clearly, inefficiencies were involved, and they would have to be accounted for. Until this was complete, the simplified approach to establishing a Factor of Unity could not be realized.

What is remarkable, in the history of motor development, is the curious degree of synergy that seems to have accompanied these early pioneering efforts. Between 1839 and 1850 the British Brew Master James Joule conducted an elegant series of experiments, in which he sought to unify electrical, chemical and thermal phenomena by demonstrating their inter-convertibility and their quantitative equivalence. The results of Joule’s work were published in the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, with a very impressive title: “On the Mechanical Equivalence of Heat.”

The contributions of Lord Kelvin must be considered next. His paper, “The Dynamical Equivalent of Heat,” published in 1851, contended that energy could be “lost to man irrecoverably; but not lost to the material world”. Thomson was thus the first person to understand that all energy changes involve energy dissipation, and losses.

During the second half of the nineteenth century Kelvin and other scientists, including Clausius, Rankine, Maxwell and, Boltzmann, continued to develop these ideas. Their combined efforts resulted in the establishment of the Science of Thermodynamics; with Conservation of Energy as its First Law and the Dissipation of Energy as its Second Law.

Accordingly, motor researchers were thus made aware of the extreme importance of classifying all known motor losses, and accounting for them with the same degree of accuracy as would be exhibited in the well established science of corporate book-keeping.

Ultimately, such practices would lead to the development of two principle kinds of Efficiency Measurements, both very valuable in all research pertaining to rotating components, but, particularly valuable for developing an understanding of over-unity as a scientific fact. Both efficiency concepts shall be fully explained in this presentation.

Gravity Control With Present Technology by David Alzofon – If you’re technically oriented, particularly if you have a background in electrical engineering, you’ll find gravity control easy to understand. And if you’re familiar with the rocky history of alternative energy development, you will quickly see that gravity control is a gateway technology — not only for easy access to space and a complete overhaul of terrestrial transportation — but for the liberation of free energy technologies. And yet, contrary to expectations, it is likely to be embraced by major corporate interests, simply because it provides a way out of their current problems and into even greater profits in the future. In fact, the profit potential of gravity control absolutely dwarfs anything powering today’s economy.

The technology is easy to understand. It begins with a new, physical model of the origin of the gravitational force, which is not provided by Einstein’s general theory of relativity. Dr. Alzofon’s model, which meets all the rigorous requirements of a scientific theory, is based on his experience under professors such as J. Robert Oppenheimer, David Bohm, Victor Lenzen, and Griffith C. Evans at Cal Berkeley from 1942 to 1956, as well as experimental work he conducted at the cyclotron (published in Physical Review). In 1960, an Air Force survey of gravitation research worldwide since the time of Newton concluded that Alzofon’s theory was the only one that had a prayer of a technological application (bibliography in Gravity Control with Present Technology). The only one.

Gravity control is easily derived from the model of the gravitational force. The technology resembles a well-known cryogenic process, but operates on a subatomic level on random electrodynamic processes held to be responsible for gravitation. Essentially, it “freezes” (lowers the energy level) of the gravitational field through cyclic application of microwave pulses, which orients the heavy nuclei of paramagnetic materials, such as aluminum. In combination with a constant magnetic field, microwave impulses induce a pumping action that is repeated thousands of times per second, depleting the energy in the gravitational field more and more until a “cascade point” is reached and gravity and inertia vanish almost altogether (the endpoint is comparable to 1/10th of 1 degree Kelvin, by analogy). Since the pumping effects are cumulative, the total energy required to make a vehicle weightless and inertia free is very small (exact calculations are given in the book).

The chart below was computer-generated during the 1994 experiment. The vertical axis tracks weight and the horizontal axis tracks time. The weight began to plummet the moment the system was switched on.

Initially we see a slight spike in weight. Then the weight drops. As the cycle repeats, the weight spikes again slightly, but the loss deepens even further after the second spike. This descending saw-tooth pattern was highly significant, as it was predicted in Dr. Alzofon’s model of gravity control before the apparatus was ever turned on. When the power to the system is cut, the weight of the test object slowly and smoothly returns to normal. This occurs as the Earth’s gravitational field, temporarily held in abeyance, returns to disorient the electrodynamic activity surrounding the nuclei of the sample. As you can see, the weight loss is cumulative, not instantaneous. This is the beauty of the technology, because it means a low power investment applied cyclically can be leveraged into a tremendous weight loss in a relatively short time.

Think of the implications: Weightless craft will be able to exit the Earth’s gravitational field at any speed, even as slowly as a weather balloon, with very little fuel expenditure. Traditional rocketry, with all of its limitations and drawbacks, flies out the window. This means the conquest of the space frontier and a new frontier for economic development. The same technology can be applied to terrestrial transportation. How would you like to commute to work at Mach 2, with no traffic jams or stoplights? Since inertia is also removed by gravity control, vehicles will be able to stop and start instantaneously, as well as turn on a dime (no g force). And, as millions of people, rather than a few lonely astronauts or well-heeled billionaires, share the experience of viewing the Earth from space, what will happen to our perception of ourselves and our place in the cosmos?

Keep in mind that the technology is not theoretical: it was experimentally proven in 1994. After that, Dr. Alzofon kept it a closely guarded secret until his death in 2012. Following his father’s death, David Alzofon — who had watched while the technology languished in obscurity ever since 1981, the date of his father’s full-disclosure lecture in Colorado Springs — decided the time for waiting was over. Humanity could not endure another ten years of the current paradigm, with its built-in spiral of doom, when a new technology was already available that would bring about the dawn of a new age. He correctly saw that there was nothing to fear from the new technology: It would simply evolve on a course parallel to the development of aerodynamic flight, and like aerodynamic flight, it would confer enormous benefits, but on a much, much larger scale. Weaponization? There is nothing destructive about gravity control. Liberating? Yes. Domineering? Not when it is developed equally on all sides.

So, abandoning any thought of personal gain, he decided to do all he could to publicize the technology. He opened the books on the 1994 experiment in hopes of encouraging replications of the experiment with improved digital equipment by responsible scientists and entrepreneurs, thereby ensuring its dissemination into the mainstream of science and engineering. Already, there are signs that his strategy is working. And, as he amply demonstrates in the book, if the technology works, the moneymaking opportunities are astronomical. Dr. Alzofon assessed the value of his invention as equal to the combine GDP of all the industrial nations on earth within ten years of its debut. Control of climate change is just a side benefit.

Since the dawn of history, gravity and inertia have been regarded as more inevitable than death or taxes. The discovery of gravity control is on a par with the discovery of fire or the wheel. It is not only vitally important for the advancement of science, but for the evolution of mankind, as it opens the door to the final frontier: space.

Musical Seismograph – Demonstration of the Tesla Converter by Eric Dollard. The advanced seismic warning system that was built by Eric Dollard in Landers, California was the most advanced earthquake forecasting system ever developed or probably even imagined.

It could predict earthquakes 6.0 and above 24-72 hours ahead of time, which is far beyond anything our own government or military has ever achieved (publicly that is.)

High Voltage N- Machine, Advancing the Homopolar Generator by Aaron Murakami – At the 2017 Energy Science & Technology Conference, I review the basic history and the most notable names who have been involved with this kind of generator and then I show a working model that I have used to charge some capacitors up to 150-160 volts!
