Pros
- it is a slider, how cool is that?
- wonderful battery life, 1-hour fast charging.
- all-round smart display.
- excellent monochrome camera.
Cons
- typically unimpressive image quality.
- dull video quality, no electronic stabilization.
Verdict
Looking back on the time we spent with the honour Magic 2, it’s clearly not a nasty phone. It’s got a very smart display, battery life is plenty, and… we might sound like a broken record here, but… it is a slider!
It has, however, failed us in a locality we hold dear, and that is despite packing plenty of hardware – 6 cameras are fine and dandy, however the end results are just passable. Alright, the monochrome photos are literally pretty nice, however that is 1 out of 6.
The issue is, you can never have it all. If you are after one amongst the coolest designs out on the market currently, 5 out of 6 uninspiring cameras should not stop you.
