LOS ANGELES — The public relations firm SW PR Shop has officially rebranded as The Storied Group. Co-founded by President Molly Schoneveld in 2008, the company specializes in lifestyle, celebrity, interior design, and luxury hospitality. The rebrand reflects the agency’s breadth of work, renewed dedication and evolving list of services for clients within the lifestyle and entertainment space. 


NEW YORK —Mark Tarchetti, former president of Newell Brands and head of strategy at Unilever, has launched a new agency, called Alchemy-Rx. The firm offers consumer businesses a full range of strategic marketing services to grow both new and existing brands. Alchemy-Rx uses consumer insight and a data driven approach to develop innovation and brand expansion plans alongside eCommerce transformation. Its four key pillars of strategy, marketing, innovation and eCommerce will be supported by consumer insight and capability-building to institutionalize growth and efficiencies, developing skills in client organizations and embedding cultural transformation.


CHICAGO — Prophet has acquired the Austin-based digital agency Springbox. Springbox will operate under the name Springbox, a Prophet company and continue to be led by CEO John Ellett. The move expands the firms’ offerings by combining Prophet’s customer insight, management consulting, innovation and design capabilities with Springbox’s digital strategy, digital experience and demand generation capabilities.


BOSTON — Matter Communications has launched a dedicated brand for its healthcare practice, called Matter Health. Matter Health draws upon the industry expertise of its dedicated healthcare team, as well as the creativity and diverse resources across the agency. Matter launches the new brand on the heels of several notable additions to its client roster including Atlantic Therapeutics, Corindus. ExceleraRS and Kit Check.


CHICAGO — Golin has named four Roosevelt University students pursuing degrees in integrated marketing communications as Al Golin Fellows. They are: Abisola Ajayi from Lagos, Nigeria; Karina Herrera from Glen Ellyn, IL; and Alondra Ibarra and Darryl Langston, Jr., both from Chicago.


FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — Durée & Company is expanding in Aspen to serve its growing list of Colorado clients. President and founder Durée Ross is leading the expansion. The agency’s Colorado client base includes companies in real estate, hospitality, wellness and the growing CBD business and others.
