For those of you that follow our events, you’ll know that we’ve had a bit of a rock star theme going on this year. The Confirmit team has hosted fantastic events in New York and London already – and now it’s Sydney’s turn to step into the spotlight.
On 25th September, we’ll be hosting our “Journey to Insight Rock Stardom” event at the Hyatt Regency, Sydney. The speaker line up is brilliant and I’m really looking forward to welcoming insight professionals from across Australia for what I’m sure will be a fascinating day.
We have a great mix of speakers across two tracks. As well as Confirmit’s experts, including Claire Sporton, our SVP of CX Innovation who is joining us from London, we’ll have speakers from Forrester, Wyndham Destinations, Roy Morgan Research, Enhance Research, and NewMR. There really will be something from everyone!
One of the things I’m really excited about is having a really broad mix of people from many industries together. We’ll have traditional Market Researchers, corporate researchers and customer insight and experience teams sharing ideas, experiences and challenges, and learning from each other. At Confirmit, we talk a lot about using insight to drive better business decisions and I think there are going to be some really interesting conversations about that topic throughout the day.
If you’re wondering about the rock star theme, by the way, this is not about Confirmit being rock stars (we’re far too modest to say such things!) It’s about making rock stars of our clients and partners. Insight has the power to generate incredible business impacts by driving decisions that lead to success. The people who generate, deliver and act on that insight are definitely rock stars in our book.
If you haven’t been to a Confirmit event before, it’s worth noting that we’re famous for our hospitality! The presentations and speakers will be brilliant, of course, but when it comes to networking we really come into our own.
If you’re planning to join us (and I hope you do), make sure you keep the evening free so you can chat to our speakers, other insights professionals and the Confirmit team over plenty of drinks and nibbles. We won’t get quite so rock star-ish as driving a Rolls Royce into a swimming pool, but it’ll be a great shindig so plan to stick around for a while.
