Frear was an “early adopter” of leveraging internet technology for commercial development. Now in his third decade at the forefront of internet marketing, Frear wields an exhaustive knowledge of social media, search engine optimization, data management, and mobile technology.

He maintains a mastery of the ever-changing strategies and tactics that produce results for more than 650 clients ranging from small businesses to non-profit organizations to Fortune 100 Companies. Frear is passionate about educating and empowering local businesses and non-profit organizations with the knowledge to produce high-impact marketing campaigns that produce quantifiable results and high returns on investment.

This is one of the many ways the library supports the PA Forward Initiative by providing information literacy opportunities for learning. When Pennsylvania residents know how to use current technology to improve their education and enhance their skills, they can fully participate in a digital society.

The program will be presented in the Lowry Room on the third floor of the Welch Children’s Wing. Visit calendar.jvbrown.edu for more information or call (570) 326-0536.
