A Nov. 1 workshop will offer local business owners the latest tips on prepping for the holiday season.
The free workshop will take place at the Livingston County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism at 4635 Millennium Dr. in Geneseo from 12 to 2 p.m.
The workshop will feature four segments. The first will focus on search engine optimization. Attendees will learn tips for providing relevant content to attract shoppers and optimizing their website for a better mobile experience.
The second segment will focus on how to harness the power of mobile devices, like smartphones and tablets, and how those devices can drive sales.
The third segment will focus on how to utilize quick and easy email marketing plans to drive sales during the biggest spending season of the year.
The fourth segment will discuss tips business owners can utilize on accepting payments every way customers want to pay, maximizing analytics for holiday season planning, and using gift cards.
