LKCS has received three Awards of Distinction from the Communicator Awards for outstanding website design and development. The websites that LKCS redesigned for Illiana Financial Credit Union (https://www.illiana.org/), Winnebago Community Credit Union (https://www.wincu.org/), and the American Nickeloid Company (https://www.nickeloid.com/) were recognized in the awards competition which received over 6,000 entries.

Illiana Financial Credit Union, organized in 1936, has four locations in Illinois and serves close to 25,000 members. To make their site more user-friendly, LKCS improved the site’s navigation and lead generation by incorporating more call to action buttons that allow visitors to quickly and easily act on their interests. Along with the Sitefinity Content Management System, the web team at LKCS also incorporated its’ Tool Suite, a collection of website management tools, enabling Illiana Financial Credit Union to effortlessly update banner ads, savings and loan rates, manage online forms, and post notifications.
Winnebago Community Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial cooperative in Wisconsin, has over 7,800 members. Their website, which had also previously been redesigned by LKCS, features a content management system (CMS) that allows the credit union’s marketing department to modify page content, add and delete pages, organize site content and navigation, and improve search engine optimization (SEO). The website received design updates to maintain a superior user experience (UX) for every visitor.
