BOARDMAN, Ohio – Increased sales and new hires in 2018 gave a boost to Palo Creative, Boardman, as it approaches its 20th year in business this November.
The advertising and digital marketing agency enjoyed a more than 15% year-over-year increase in sales last year, says its founder and CEO, Rob Palowitz. To keep up with increased demand for its services, the agency hired two creative designers and two digital marketers, bringing total employment to 12.
As new technologies and big data reign supreme in the marketing industry, Palo has invested in building its expertise – including A/B testing, search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization and analytical data – to align with clients’ needs.
“From aerospace to health care to financial services, our portfolio is diverse to provide solutions for any type of request,” Palowitz says. “The marketing landscape is in constant flux. If you’re determined to succeed, it’s paramount to stay current on the latest and greatest trends, meet and exceed modern standards and even find ways to get ahead of the curve and become a visionary yourself.”
Palowitz stresses the need for strategy and innovation behind any creative project to “move the needle and generate business leads and conversions.” That concept has helped the agency expand from Palowitz’s basement in 1999 to the full-scale agency it is today, he says.
“So much has changed over the past two decades we’ve been in business. We started with a purpose to meet the demand for direct mailers and catalog creative services and quickly shifted our priority to website design and development,” Palo-witz says. “Now, we’re experiencing another shift as video and content marketing is becoming a necessity for clients to reach their customers.”
