Our client, a well-known media retailer, is looking for an SEO Specialist to join their team, ideally full time.
In this role, the SEO Specialist will be responsible for increasing the amount of organic traffic to the website from various search engines.
Daily responsibilities for the SEO Specialist include:
– Constantly learning and staying up to date on trends in the SEO and digital marketing space
– Create and implement SEO strategy through website data analysis
– Partner with content teams to create SEO guidelines
– Ensure content is aligned with SEO best practices
– Conduct ongoing keyword and SEO research to make consistent updates and tweaks
– Implementing and managing SEO campaigns
– Use Google Analytics and other tools to pull data and draw conclusions
Qualifications for the SEO Specialist include:
– 3+ years of SEO and digital marketing experience; bonus points if you’ve worked on large-scale e-commerce sites
– Experience with Google Analytics, Keyword Planner and Webmaster Tools
– Ability to pull reports to measure analytics and campaign results and draw conclusions to inform strategy / best practices
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to mulit-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
– Friendly, positive, with high levels of integrity
– Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
