We’re looking for an SEO Writer (Temporary)
As an SEO Writer, you’ll work with a team of SEO specialists, writers, marketers and strategists who work across departments to grow Built In’s user and customer base. We are looking for someone who loves working on a variety of projects, enjoys solving puzzles, strongly values an “all-hands-on-deck” philosophy and can nimbly navigate a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
How You’ll Contribute
The SEO Writer will work with our SEO Strategists on projects across all Built In markets. Daily responsibilities will include:
- New content creation
- Project support for the SEO team
- Content curation (building new pages, etc.)
- Optimization of existing content
What You Need
- 1-2 years writing experience — all applicants should submit two examples of published work for consideration
- Experience with SEO best practices in copywriting a plus
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Availability to work onsite in the Chicago office, 40 hours per week, for approximately a six month period
