The GoHealth Marketing team engages with millions of current and potential GoHealth customers with the goal of growing their satisfaction and usage of the GoHealth agency. The Marketing team is looking for an ambitious and talented Sr. Manager of SEO to build and run and optimize our SEO strategy. Reporting to the CMO, you will build and mentor your team while growing consistently growing our organic search revenue and presence.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a technical SEO overhaul to position our sites to fully capitalize on the domain authority we currently have
- Build and execute a PR/Content strategy to accelerate our domain authority in the relevant search space
- Maintain a constant A/B test program to maximize the revenue created from our SEO traffic
- Make sure we are operating with the best tool/tech stack possible to ensure our success
- Build the team, and develop their competency levels and career path
Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct technical SEO experience launching, measuring, and scaling initiatives to increase organic traffic
- Successful team management experience, and a willingness to be developed as a people leader
- Deep understanding of SEO, Content, PR, & A/B Testing
- Proven track record of programmatic SEO
- Excellent communicator whether collaborating with engineering or presenting to executive team
- Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Strong background in web analytics (GA, Adobe Analytics)
- Deep understanding of Mobile SEO (Responsive, Progressive, AMP)
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with SEO tools such as GA, Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, SEO Clarity, Botify
- Bonus – strong experience with SEM (Ad Words, Bing)
