StoreForce has formed a partnership with Moz, a search engine optimization (SEO) solution provider, to combine Moz’s local SEO with StoreForce’s workforce and performance data management platform. The alliance aims to help retailers keep hours of operation remains up-to-date across the web.
The integrated service automates online store information without manual intervention by synching store hours maintained on StoreForce with Moz Local. The times are then pushed to each location’s respective listing in search engines, GPS maps and business directories.
While a plurality (46%) of customers prefer shopping in-store over other channels, earning their business means making the experience as convenient as possible. By making sure their hours are clearly posted and up-to-date, retailers can minimize friction along the shopper journey.
