We’re celebrating the 15th anniversary of the ACE Awards this year. A lot has changed in the world of CX since the ACE Awards first launched in 2005. Not least, its name! It was all about customer feedback then. On this journey, we’ve been lucky enough to celebrate our clients’ accomplishments, and the advancements in technology, approaches and methodologies along the way. And we’re excited about what the next 15 years will bring! If you’re familiar with the awards you’ll notice that we’ve revamped the submission forms and categories this year. Here’s what’s new…
We want to celebrate our anniversary with you! So, we’ve introduced the Professional of the Year category. In this brand new category, the ACE Awards judges are looking for CX stars from around the world who deserve recognition for their skills and the impact they have on the organization. This category is open to dedicated Customer Experience practitioners or those who have taken on CX as part of a wider role. Don’t be afraid to nominate yourself, or enter a fellow team member with exceptional achievement and expertise.
As companies race to meet increasing customer demands, advancements in digital technology help to meet their customers’ expectations. To recognize the organizations who are embracing the digital era, we’ve added Digital Success to the list of categories. This category is specifically for those companies capturing feedback through channels using the latest technology that impact the digital experience. If you’re adopting app-based approaches or enhancing your web experience this one’s for you!
New to the ACE Awards?
If you’re unfamiliar with the ACE Awards process, take a look at the information on the main web page where you’ll find everything you need to know. As long as you’re a Confirmit customer and have been running a Customer Experience or Employee Experience program on a Confirmit solution, you’re eligible to enter. Just download the submission form for your category and send it to us by March 16th. Top tip – you can maximize your chances of winning by entering multiple categories!
