Twitter Temporarily Limits Tweeting via SMS Following Hack of Jack Dorsey's Account

While Twitter tries to figure out how to respond to the recent hack of CEO Jack Dorsey's account, it's suspended the ability to tweet via SMS. But that's also caused problems.
