Two WordCamps in One Week!

WordPress is the gift that just keeps on giving, and WebDevStudios (WDS) loves giving back. This week, we have, not one, but two WordCamp events happening and three WDS team members actively involved in each.

WordCamps are special opportunities that bring together WordPress fans, users, developers, and experts for a chance to expand their knowledge base and connect with like-minded folks. That’s why we love WordCamps and that’s why you should add these events to your must-attend list of conferences. Here’s where you’ll find WDS this week:

WordCamp Minneapolis / St. Paul, August 22-24

In its eighth year, WordCamp Minneapolis / St. Paul kicks off today with a WordPress basics workshop and a WooCommerce basics workshop. What makes the event that much more special is that our very own Senior Backend Engineers, Justin Foell and Jeremy Ward, are sharing their expertise by presenting some scintillating talks.

Justin’s role at WordCamp Minneapolis / St. Paul is two-fold, as he is both an organizer and presenter. His talk, “Gamify Task Management. Take Your Turn, Strategize, and WIN!” will tackle the topic of making the website project management process less painful, easier to follow, and more fun. Catch his talk at noon on Saturday, August 24th in the Ski-U-Mah Room. Learn more about Justin by visiting his WDS team member page.
