Why Blogger Outreach? – Blogging Tips

I have published a series of blogger outreach posts on Blogging From Paradise over the past few days.

In addition to promoting my blogger outreach eBook I also wanted to clarify some key points concerning this concept.

Confusion abounds on the outreach front; some folks have no idea how to reach out and connect with top bloggers. Other bloggers send misguided emails, trying to pitch top bloggers and all folks in between to get a link or Infographic placed on someone’s blog.

Thousands of generic emails later, after a zero response rate, most bloggers throw up their hands, convinced that blogger outreach does not work.

I get the frustration guys; but blogger outreach has and always worked fine. You may just be having issues as to the effectiveness of the approach because you’re not sure why you’re connecting with fellow bloggers.

We all know knowledge is power in terms of outreach, or with any blogging concept. But the knowledge you know is useless until you use it with a pure, clear intent.

Blogger outreach is simply a way to assist other bloggers while promoting your success through the principle of leveraging.

Think of it this way: 1000 is better than 1. Meaning if 1000 fellow bloggers promote you, endorse you, assist you and support you in any way, your results become amplified.

Being connected with 1000 bloggers or with a few hundred bloggers who promote you to their friend networks is the result of an effective, intelligent, persistent blogger outreach campaign.

Folks who do blogger outreach effectively simply know why they are doing it.

Ok guys; on to the reasons.

1000 Is Better than 1

Or, bloggers engage in smart outreach campaigns to leverage their presence through the power of community.

You promoting yourself alone all day long won’t work. Burnout sets in. Readers see you as being greedy, or self-centered, ignoring your posts. Meanwhile, the connected, generous blogger drives traffic and profits around the clock because this individual helped bloggers for weeks, months and years without looking for anything in return.

Connected bloggers are the cream of the blogging crop, rising to the top, succeeding, and enjoying life offline because their network promotes them, buys their stuff and hires them around the block.

Tap into the power of community. Dive into blogger outreach.

Learn the Art of Detachment

Happy, successful bloggers serve freely without worrying about what they’re getting in return. Such bloggers expect nothing or maybe good things to occur from interactions yet pay little attention to stats or other metrics.

Why?

This crowd is highly detached from outcomes because they are busy helping folks.

Generous, connected bloggers engaging in outreach diligently enjoy promoting other bloggers, commenting on their blogs and endorsing them freely, giving no attention and energy to asking or expecting anything to grow out of the interaction.

Effective blogger outreach dynamos give and ask for nothing in return.

Developing this skill makes you a highly successful blogger because you’ll be so focused on enjoying the process, blogging for the fun of it, that you’ll detach from the very outcomes that manifest slowly and steadily over time.

If you see blogging as the reward, and results as a bonus, said results flow in freely over the long haul, the product of your detachment.

Blogger Outreach Is Fun

You may overlook this aspect of blogger outreach but I see it as a fun party, you and your blogging buddies getting together to assist each other. Toss in new friends made and you have quite the enjoyable experience.

Why not enjoy the ride if you give a big chunk of your life to blogging, right?

Are you using blogger outreach to make friends and to succeed online?

Or are you more of a blogging lone wolf?
